CrossFit Teens Summer Classes

CFW TWEENS: Fitness for 10-13 Year Olds

Our preteen group fitness classes focus on skill practice, general physical preparedness and confidence. Build speed, strength, agility, flexibility, stamina and balance while learning awesome new CrossFit skills.

Our TWEENS classes run Monday and Wednesdays from 7pm – 8pm. Kids can train once or twice per week. Memberships are four weeks long, and they auto renew each month like a traditional gym membership. Classes are capped and fill up fast.
