30 Minutes is All You Need!

SWEAT30 is a high-intensity group fitness class designed for people short on time. You’re in and out in 30 minutes, and the entire class is led by CrossFit Winnipeg coaches. We run the warm-up, workout and cool down – all you have to do is show up. 

NEW: Our SWEAT45 classes bring you the fun and intensity of SWEAT30, with an added strength workout. Come give it a try!

SWEAT30 CLASS SCHEDULE:

Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 7:00am-7:30am
Monday to Friday: 12:15pm-12:45pm

SWEAT45 CLASS SCHEDULE:

Monday to Thursday: 8:00pm-8:45pm
