SWEAT Group Classes

Your Fitness Journey Starts Here

High-intensity group fitness classes for people of all levels and abilities. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, get toned or gain more energy for daily life, this one’s for you! There are no barbells or advanced movements… just a sweaty good time!

SWEAT45 classes are 45-minutes long. Our lunch-hour SWEAT30 classes are half-hour.

SWEAT45 CLASS SCHEDULE:

Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 7:00am-7:45am
Monday to Thursday: 8:00pm-8:45pm
Saturdays at 9am

SWEAT30 CLASS SCHEDULE:

Monday to Friday: 12:15pm-12:45pm
