Where are you located?
CrossFit Winnipeg is at 739 Lagimodière Blvd, just North of Fermor on Lag. We have ample parking and you can access our parking lot by using the Arnold Brothers Transportation Driveway.
Who is this program for?
We offer programs for anyone who interested in improving their overall quality of life. Our members range from ex-professional athletes to grandmothers in their mid-seventies. We can help you regardless of where you are in your fitness journey.
But what if I’m really out of shape and super nervous?
Everyone is nervous when they start something new, the good news is that we’ve all been there and our coaches are happy to help you with that transition. Your best bet is to schedule a No Sweat Intro so that you can chat with a coach 1-on-1 and we can customize a plan just for you.
How do I get started?
Each individual has different needs and wants and our job is to coach you through this process. We offer complimentary consultation called a No Sweat Intro to all our new members so that we can help you navigate this journey. We’ll give you a tour of our facilities and take some time to get to know you, your goals, and your challenges. Can I try a workout before I commit?
We always recommend that you start with a No Sweat Intro before a workout, so that we can recommend the best program for your goals and challenges, and provide the best value for your time. However, we have opened a few free trial time slots in some of our less technical classes for individuals with no injuries or orthopaedic issues. You can book a free trial class HERE.
I’m an experienced CrossFitter visiting from out of town, can I drop in?
Of course, we’d love to have you! Just click HERE to see our CrossFit Class schedule. Just click on the class you are interested in and you’ll be prompted to purchase a drop-in and sign the waiver online. We also have weekly visitor passes if you expect to do more than one WOD at our facility. Please email email@example.com for more information on our visitor’s passes.
