CFW MINIS: Preschool Fitness for 4-5 Year Olds

CFW MINIS is a fun way to introduce your preschooler to the world of fitness. Each half-hour class includes a warm-up/obstacle course, skill session, mini workout and game.

We focus on physical literacy, movement mechanics and teaching kids that working out is a blast. The classes are fun, chaotic and the kids always leave with a smile!

CFW KIDS: Fitness Classes for 6-9 Year Olds

CFW KIDS mixes skill practice, workouts and games to teach proper movement mechanics, creating a broad athletic foundation that transfers to school, sports and everyday life. Each 50-minute class includes a warm-up, skill session, workout & game.

In addition to your kid learning fun new skills, you’ll notice improvements in speed, strength, agility, flexibility, stamina and balance. Even better, you will notice your child has greater confidence in themselves and their abilities.
