6-Week BOOTCAMP Challenge
Start your journey to a new you as we help you create a plan that can stand the test of time. Enrolment day is the first of 18 sessions that make up your 6 week challenge. It is a 90 minute session that includes a nutrition & lifestyle seminar, a baseline fitness assessment, and state of the art technology to take baseline body composition using the InBody scanner. We’ll cover topics ranging from exercise and nutrition to sleep and stress management. We’ll map out our proven process for creating long term health and fitness. Enrolment day is a great opportunity to meet our coaches and decide if SWEAT is right for you. After enrolment day you will start training 3 times per week for 6 weeks with the support of our knowledgeable coaches.

We build a strong foundation with a focus on correct form and technique. The SWEAT program focuses on functional movements performed at high intensity that are constantly varied. That means each class provides new and challenging workout that builds upon the previous. We keep your body guessing and the fat burning.
SWEAT is a high energy 60 minute class that blends a fast-paced cardio workout with high intensity interval weight training that delivers unmatched results. Using our High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) protocol, you’ll burn fat and produce lean muscle mass long after you leave the gym.
Our trainers are invested in you and will keep you accountable in your fitness and nutrition goals. Our program is community driven and structured so that all participants support each other. You will be assigned homework weekly and share your results with your fellow bootcampers using our private members-only Facebook group.
Nutrition is the building block of health and we make it super easy to stay focused and accountable. Each 6-week session of SWEAT includes a plan to get your diet on track. We use state-of-the-art technology to take objective measurements of your body composition before and after the session, to make sure that you are staying on track and getting the results you want.
