Happy Father’s Day!

Summer 2018 Schedule Update.  Starting in June we have consolidated our Gymnastics, Kettlebell and Mobility class into a Single Agatsu Class. There are two time slots currently, Thursday 5PM and Saturday 9AM. Thursday will be more gymnastics Strength with Mobility and Saturday will be Kettlebell Strength and Mobility.


New 6-week strength program starting last week.  Some twists on familiar movements have been added in to mix things up, as well as some different rep schemes.  Remember the goal is always progression, to build on what you’ve done previously.

Monday: Max effort upper body + upper body conditioning

Tuesday: Max effort lower body + lower body conditioning

Wednesday: gymnastics + cardio

Thursday: Max effort pull + back and leg metcon

Friday: Oly + metcon

Saturday: Dynamic effort lower body + metcon

Sunday: Full body + full body conditioning
