The Open is almost here! We’ve already started getting ready with some Open Prep classes every Friday evening leading up to the Open. This is one of our best community events of the year! If you haven’t participated in the Open, this is one you don’t want to miss. Check out the details HERE.
Our max effort/testing day will be on Monday this week. Our other benchmark for the week will be on Friday, as we do one of the classic girl workouts.

Thursday: Practice – Skills & Longer Conditioning Workout
Friday: Training & Testing – Lower Body Dynamic Effort + Classic Benchmark Workout
Saturday: Training – GPP
Sunday: Practice & Training – Lift & Conditioning Workout
