This is officially the last day of the challenge. Congratulations to all our participants.  You look great and we hope you feel great.  Your last daily challenge for Sunday is to write up a few lines about what the challenge has meant to you for your end of challenge testimonial.  This is it!  We want to know how you feel and whether  your performance has improved.  We’d love to hear about any PRs you achieved over the past few weeks. The benchmark workout will be done during class any day starting on Friday June 9, 2017 until next Friday June 16, 2017. Keep in mind that you may have to do it alone and arrange it with the coach on duty at the time.
