Your daily challenge for Thursday is to keep track of your sodium intake for the day, and have a good look to see if you might want to tweak it a bit.  Often, when we eliminate processed foods from our diet, the amount of sodium we ingest is dramatically reduced, in many cases so much so that we need to add salt to the foods we cook at home.  The need for salt is increased in those who are very physically active.
