*** After Measurements start on Saturday!  Sign Up sheets are at the gym. Make sure you book 30 min for Platinum and 15 minutes for Silver or Gold.  You can do your benchmark workout as part of CrossFit classes on Saturday, Sunday or Monday. Those who did the modified benchmark can also come in during one of the CrossFit classes to retest. If you are not a CrossFit member or are a bootcamp student, just let the coach know at the beginning of the class that you want to do the modified benchmark.
