This week, we will focus on developing eating habits that support your goals.

Your bonus challenge for Friday, November 4th, is to eat with your non dominant hand. Sounds strange, but the idea is to slow things down and eat more mindfully.

FF HWOD (At Home Workout of the Day for those of you who can’t make it in to the gym)

 

3-5 sets:
1 min burpees + 1 min swimmers
1 min jumping jacks + 1 min teacups
1 min mountain climbers + 1 min front plank
FFF RWOD (Recovery & Restoration Workout of the Day; use this for ideas on how to earn your Recovery & Restoration point for the day)

Prone shoulder opener 3-5 min per side

Gentle spinal twist of your choice 3-5 min per side

Hang out in a squat or child’s pose for 3-5 min
