This week, we will focus on developing eating habits that support your goals.

Your bonus challenge for Tuesday, November 1st, is to read this article about the importance of chewing your food. Give yourself that bonus point if you sit down to eat at the table and chew your food thoroughly (recommended number of chews is in the 32 to 45 range…)  The intent is to be mindful about what you are eating and improve digestion.
