This week will still bring quite a bit of volume but we’ll be shifting to more traditional CrossFit movements. For the WODs choose loads that will allow you to work at a fast consistent pace, but feel free to go heavier on the strength work if technique is sound.
Monday: Mostly Lower Body, Squat focus
Tuesday: Mostly Upper Body, horizontal pressing focus (bench)
Wednesday: Skills, Core & Conditioning
Thursday: Mostly lower body, posterior chain focus (oly & deadlift)
Friday: Mostly Upper Body, overhead pressing and pulling focus
Saturday: Mostly Lower body, Squat focus
Sunday: Barbell Club, make up a WOD you missed or do this week’s benchmark.
