Our annual Spring Leaning Nutrition Challenge starts today. Check out our Spring Leaning blog and our Facebook Group. Feel free to follow along and share your recipes even if you aren’t registered.


This week will still bring quite a bit of volume but we’ll be shifting to more traditional CrossFit movements.  For the WODs choose loads that will allow you to work at a fast consistent pace, but feel free to go heavier on the strength work if technique is sound.

Monday: Mostly Lower Body, Squat focus

Tuesday: Mostly Upper Body, horizontal pressing focus (bench)

Wednesday: Skills, Core & Conditioning

Thursday: Mostly lower body, posterior chain focus (oly & deadlift)

Friday: Mostly Upper Body, overhead pressing and pulling focus

Saturday: Mostly Lower body, Squat focus

Sunday: Barbell Club, make up a WOD you missed or do this week’s benchmark.
