Barbell Club is on from 10AM to noon and we have an Easter Team WOD at noon.
Team WOD in co-ed teams of 3-4
A. Each team has 1 rack and 1 BB and 10 minutes to find a 1RM Shoulders to overhead.
B. “CrossFit Baseball”
Set up a Home Plate, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd base.
Home Plate: to get on base, a player must complete 5 burpees, then run to first base (there is only one home plate per team)
1st Base: 10 Mountain Climbers, then run to second base
2nd Base: Jump Squats, then run to third base
3rd Base: Pullups or Ring rows, then run home, for 1 point
* The movements above are just suggestions, coach has discretion. Variations include lunging, bear crawling crabwalking or broad jumping from base to base, switch it up per inning. The team with the most runs wins.
C. 2 min max situps, add up entire team’s reps.
