Monday, February 16th is Louis Riel Day, instead of our regular schedule, we’ll be doing a team workout at 2PM.
This week we start increasing the loads and intensity for our lifts, though we’ll slowly start reducing volume in preparation for the Open.
Monday: Team Workout
Tuesday: Mostly Upper Body, gymnastics focus
Wednesday: Skills & Conditioning
Thursday: Mostly lower body, squat focus
Friday: Mostly Upper Body, overhead pushing and pulling focus
Saturday: Mostly Lower body, deadlift focus
Sunday: Make up a WOD you missed or do this week’s benchmark
