Although are athletes are back in the gym, I feel as though I am still recovering from FrostFit.  Congrats to everyone involved. Results are up on the FrostFit page and we’ll update the blog with photos as we get them in. Check here for a wrap-up of the event.

We to back to our regular training regime this week, and will be doing some big lifts again.

Monday: Mostly Lower Body, Squat focus

Tuesday: Mostly Upper Body, Press focus

Wednesday: Conditioning, core & mobility

Thursday: Mostly lower body, Oly focus

Friday: Mostly Upper Body, gymnastics focus

Saturday: Mostly Lower body, squat focus

Sunday: Make up a WOD you missed or do this week’s benchmark
