What’s New

We are just catching our breath after a whirlwind weekend hosting the fifth annual FrostFit Games this weekend.  We’ll do a wrap-up and try to post some photos, but that might not happen today so I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate all our athletes who competed.  You made us all so proud.  Special thanks also to all of our volunteers, judges, equipment, scorekeepers and gophers.  Results are up on the FrostFit page and we’ll update the blog with photos as we get them in.

 Programming

We to back to our regular training regime this week, and will be doing some big lifts again.  If you competed rest as much as you need. Some people just need a few days, others need a full week or two.

Monday: FrostFit WOD #1 and #3

Tuesday: Upper body strength + FrostFit WOD #2

Wednesday: FrostFit WOD #4 + core & mobility

Thursday: Mostly lower body, squat focus

Friday: Mostly Upper Body, gymnastics focus

Saturday: Mostly Lower body, deadlift focus

Sunday: Make up a WOD you missed or do this week’s benchmark
