Welcome to the Fuel for Fall Performance Nutrition Challenge Blog.  We are almost done! Hang in there and make sure you get all your healthy fuel in so you can keep kicking butt at the gym.

This week will be all about sports nutrition; what to eat before your workout, after your workout and what to take before, during and after your workout. Your daily bonus challenge for Sunday, December 7th, is to take a piece of paper and make 3 lists:

(1) rewrite your main goals for the challenge, you can go back to the first few weeks, maybe you want to lean out, or get stronger or just feel better.

(2) plan which days you will be training and what classes or types of workouts you will be doing; we’ll explore how heavy Oly lifting might have different nutritional requirements than a CrossFit chipper or a kettlebell class

(3) make a list of foods and/or supplements you can realistically bring to the gym with you to have during and after your workout.

Give yourself that bonus point if you write down your 3 part list by end of day on Sunday. We’ll give  more details for Monday’s challenge.
