Your daily bonus challenge for Saturday, November 22nd is to share with the group on the blog or on the CFW Facebook page your best tip or recipe of the week. Community and support are critical for this challenge so anything you can think that might help your fellow challengers will count. Give yourself the bonus point for Saturday if you get this done by the time you get to bed tonight.
Next week will be all about macro-nutrients; this means working on tweaking your protein, fat and carbs to get the results you want. There might be a bit more reading and thinking this week so to prepare, think about what you really want to get out of this challenge. Are you looking to gain strength or muscle mass? Do you want to smash your old metcon times? Do you want to manage stress better and sleep better? Do you want to lean out? Having a clear goal will help you make the right choices next week once we start to tweak our macro nutrients.
