Mason is one of our youngest members, but his progress has been incredible. If you workout regularly with Mason or even just see him once in a while on the weekends, it doesn’t take an expert to see his increase in strength and abilities.
Last month he competed at Bridge City Beat Down in Saskatoon and killed it, PRing his deadlift and clean & jerk. We were honoured to have Mason compete alongside the rest of our CFW athletes and we’re so proud of how far he’s come.
Mason’s passion is contagious, his work ethic is inspiring and we have no doubt that he will achieve all of his CrossFit goals. We look forward to seeing you in Carson down the road!
