This week we test some of the lifts and skills we’ve been working on over the summer, including dips or pushups, front squats, deadlifts, and push press. We’ll also be testing our Turkish Get Up on Wednesday. Also note that many of our conditioning workouts will be traditional Crossfit benchmarks so get ready for some PRs this week and make sure you get lots of rest this week for best testing results.
Monday: Team Workout Oly Focus
Tuesday: Mostly Upper Body, horizontal pushing & pulling, test dips or pushups
Wednesday: Conditioning & Mobility, test TGU and running
Thursday: Mostly Lower Body, test front squat
Friday: Mostly Upper Body, test push press & pullups
Saturday: Mostly Lower body, test deadlift
Sunday: Benchmark WOD
