This week’s theme is eating right, meaning looking at our habits surrounding food and mealtime.
Your daily bonus challenge is to sit down for a meal at the table with your loved ones for a full 30 minutes, minimum, without any TV or other distractions. This can be any meal, but the idea is to draw it out and make it quality family time or you-time.
