Your daily bonus challenge is to make a commitment to your Vitamin D status.  During the summer, this is as simple as spending time outdoors.  If you already have an appointment for your next physical, remember to ask them to test your Vitamin D when they do the bloodwork.  If you don’t have a physical scheduled, call your doctor, make the appointment, and ask for bloodwork including Vitamin D levels.  Give yourself a point if you schedule the appointment or if you already took your Vitamin D supplement or spent time in the sun today.
