Your daily bonus challenge is to plan a post workout protein source. Try to prep a nice lean piece of meat to have within 30 minutes of your workout. Alternatively, if you know you won’t be able to get a real solid meal within about an hour from your workout, you can take BCAAs before, during and after your workout. This is a supplement that comes in a powder or capsule form, just watch out for the powders, they often contain sweeteners and artificial flavours.
