Your daily bonus challenge is to have an epsom salt bath in the evening before bed or after your workout, or take your magnesium supplement.  Epsom salts are magnesium sulfate and can be absorbed through the skin.  If you find that the epsom salt bath helps you sleep better or if it helps with cramps or muscle tension of any kind, you may be deficient in magnesium and you should consider taking magnesium in the evenings or after your workout to help calm your mind and your body.  Ask Tania or Annette about the best type magnesium supplement for you if you are interested in supplementing.
