This week’s theme is sleep & stress.

Your daily bonus challenge is to increase natural light during the day and reduce artificial light at night.   During the day, this means not wearing sunglasses, going for a walk or spending time outside during daylight.  After the sun goes down, try to reduce your exposure to light as much as possible, this means reducing computer time and TV time in the evening.  Of course it goes without saying that your bedroom should be as dark as possible in order to ensure proper melatonin production.  For those of you who still haven’t set up a ‘sleep cave’ because you prefer light in your bedroom while you sleep, I encourage you to try a night in total darkness.  Here are some more sleep tips.
