This week’s theme is sleep & stress.
Your daily bonus challenge is to do a yoga class or yoga video.  If you came to last nights yoga class at CFW with Arlen, give yourself a point!  You can also find all kinds of great yoga classes all over the city. Regardless of whether you have never done yoga or if you are experienced, I encourage you to focus on breath first, then the poses, if you find yourself not breathing go back to a more relaxing pose.  Yoga isn’t easy but it shouldn’t hurt.  See if you can just be in the moment 100%.
