New this week:

* Happy New Year from all of us at CFW!  A few words on new year’s resolutions.

* FrostFit Athlete Prep & Sport Nutrition Meeting Tuesday, January 7th at 7:00PM – if you are competing in FrostFit or the Open and are interested in how to prepare please attend this informal meeting.  We will be discussing training, nutrition and supplementation for the sport of CrossFit.  Even if you are not competing you are welcome to attend and learn a bit about sports nutrition and supplementation and how you can take your training to the next level.

* We still need volunteers for FrostFit, please contact if interested.  There are various jobs including judging, greeting athletes and spectators, scorekeeping and equipment & set-up.

Programming Preview for this week:

Monday: Mostly Lower Body, Oly (clean)

Tuesday: Mostly Upper Body, horizontal pushing & pulling (bench)

Wednesday: Conditioning, Team workout

Thursday: Mostly Lower body, posterior chain & pistols

Friday: Mostly Upper Body, Oly (jerk)

Saturday: Mostly Lower Body, Oly (snatch)

Sunday: Skills, Make Up or Benchmark
