Your daily bonus challenge is to do a yoga class.  You can come to the gym and we’ll give you a freebie for the 10AM yoga class if you are doing the challenge.  You can also find all kinds of great yoga classes all over the city. Regardless of whether you have never done yoga or if you are experienced, I encourage you to focus on breath first, then the poses, if you find yourself not breathing go back to a more relaxing pose.  Yoga isn’t easy but it shouldn’t hurt.  See if you can just be in the moment 100%.
