The final event will consist of two heats: one each for the Top 4 Men’s and Women’s competitors through the first four events.

The workout will consist of three movements:

– Handstand Walk

– Sled Pull (Rogue S-25 sleds) loaded with 180#/135#

– Front Squat @ 155#/105#

There will be a 10 minute time cap on the workout.
