FrostFit Athletes: You can rest, or come to mobility at 5:30. I would not recommend coming to regular classes, but if you do, use the time to try out the movement standards at the weights you will be using on Saturday. Focus on transitions and do 1 min of work, rest 1 min, then work for the last minute, pickup where you left off. Keep the volume low and don’t go hard enough to risk any injury of any kind. If in doubt about whether to come in, just come to mobility.
