Sorry for the late post. We had a great weekend at the Agatsu Kettlebell Certification and so my weekend was kind of highjacked. So this week is similar to last week, we are still doing a lot of barbell work, aiming to see some improvement in our push press, snatch, and front squat, so you will see some progressions in these areas, along with some work in toes to bar, pullup and upper body pushing movements. This week is higher intensity, bigger loads and less assistance work, fun stuff.
Tuesday: Upper body strength
Wednesday: Stability work & conditioning
Thursday: Lower Body Strength
Friday: Upper body & gymnastics
Saturday: Lower body Strength Barbell Complex
Sunday: Benchmark Hero WOD
