This week we head into some fun higher intensity barbell sessions, as we work toward to new maxes in front squat, snatch, push press and bench press by end of November.  We’ll be starting all the strength days with a barbell lift and ending with some conditioning.  I’ve noted the priorities for each day, though there will be other movements involved.

Monday: Strength, Squat Focus

Tuesday: Strength, Pullup Focus

Wednesday: Conditioning, Aerobic Power

Thursday: Strength, Oly focus

Friday: Strength, Bench Press focus

Saturday: Strength, Squat focus

Sunday: Benchmark conditioning, pullup focus
