This is one more week of ‘prehab’ and accumulation, mostly working on core, posture, single leg movements and handstand work.  Next week we get back into the fun barbell stuff.

Monday: Full Body with emphasis on single leg strength & posterior chain

Tuesday: Gymnastics focus with some overhead work + conditioning

Wednesday: mobility, coordination, agility, conditioning

Thursday: single leg and pulling strength + short tabata metcon

Friday: Mostly upper body gymnastics

Saturday: barbell complex

Sunday: Benchmark!
