This week and next week we’ll be seeing some opportunities to test the lifts we’ve been working on for the past few months.  I’m looking forward to seeing that PR board fill up.  Make sure to ask the coach to put your name on the PR board or the leaderboard.

Thursday: Full Body Strength (Deadlift)
Friday: Skills & Conditioning
Saturday: Full Body Strength (Pullup & Squat)
Sunday: Benchmark
