This week we continue with our new strength & conditioning cycle, with a good amount of skill work, accessory work and mobility work to build a base of strength and structural balance for our for our upcoming lifts and benchmarks.  I will also be programming some specific mobility drills as part of our structural balance and strength work.  The items listed below are the main priority for the day, but you will still get a good mix of strength, skills, mobility and conditioning regardless of which days you are coming.
Monday: Full Body Strength
Tuesday: Full Body Strength
Wednesday: Gymnastic Skills & Conditioning
Thursday: Upper Body Strength
Friday: Conditioning
Saturday: Lower Body Strength
Sunday: Benchmark!
