This week we are taking a few days for some active recovery so our workouts will focus on doing some prehab work and some low intensity structural and conditioning work.
Monday: Recovery/prehab work mostly focused on upper body
Tuesday: Recovery/prehab work mostly focused on lower body
Wednesday: Recovery/prehab work full body
Thursday: Recovery/prehab work full body
Friday: Oly skill work
Saturday: Full body strength focus
