Monday: Strength Lower Body Pushing (Overhead Squat 1RM) & Upper Body Pulling
Tuesday: Strength Upper Body Pushin (Close Grip Bench 1RM) & Lower Body Pulling
Wednesday: Skills & Conditioning (rowing test)
Thursday: Strength Lower Body Pushing (Front Squat 1 RM) & Upper Body Pulling (Weighted Pullup 1 RM)
