We’ve got about a week left in our challenge and we’re seeing amazing results.  Some of you have made stunning changes in your appearance, others have totally ramped up their performance.  Let’s start thinking about snacks.  I’ve noticed that some people can easily choose healthy snacks while others see this as a real sticking point.  I think a lot of it has to do with environment.  If you’re at the office and your neighboring coworker happens to keep a stash of chocolate bars in her desk, you might be in trouble.  On the other hand if you work at CrossFit Winnipeg, you’ll see lots and lots of tupperware.
